Functions of Child Support Enforcement

The Child Support Enforcement Division establishes paternity and establishes, modifies and enforces child support orders.

The Nebraska Child Support Call Center (NCSPC) [1-877-631-9973] is your source for information concerning your child support case and Customer Service. Requests for review and possible modification of child support orders that are at least three years old.

Nebraska has a centralized child support collection and disbursement office. All child support payments made must be sent to this office to ensure prompt processing. Individuals who are under order to pay child support through Thurston County should send their payments to the following address:

Employers who are under court orders to withhold child and/or spousal support payments from the payroll of their employees should send payments to the following address:

Child Support, Spousal Support, in cases with minor children, and Medical Support are to be paid to the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center, P.O. Box 82600, Lincoln, NE 68501-2600 as per the COURT ORDER.
